Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are non-refundable. Changes in delivery or pickup date once an order has been made are subject to availability. No changes may be made within 72hours of scheduled delivery/pickup. The availability calendar does not necessarily guarantee that the date may be modified. The customer will be liable for any fees incurred by The Day’s Design for changes in dates or delivery. Additional fees for event cancelations and changes may apply.
If large orders are placed and the number of arrangements needed declines, we are unable to refund the amount paid for that order. Flowers may be substituted into other designs. When placing an order, we recommend ordering the minimum amount of arrangements/flower designs needed. You can place an additional order at a later time, within 1 week of your scheduled delivery/pickup for large orders, if more flowers are needed and you will help to eliminate the possibility of over ordering and not being eligible for a refund.
If ‘pay by cash’ is selected at checkout, The Day’s Design will contact you via email with payment details. If payment or a retainer fee of at least 25% is not submitted within 48 hours of The Day’s Design’s initial invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders may be cancelled for any missed or late payments. All orders must be paid in full, unless otherwise agreed upon, before order delivery/pickup.
Flower varieties are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to make any substitutions, but will ensure you get the highest quality product. The Day’s Design will make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
Seasonal arrangements are all designer’s choice. Color and flower varieties are not guaranteed. Website images are provided for size and/or shape reference only.
Flower vessels and containers are subject to availability and change. In the event a substitution is needed, similar quality and sized vessel will be used.
If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, The Day’s Design will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision.
Once flowers leave our studio premises/delivery vehicle, The Day’s Design is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement please contact us within 24 hours. In most cases, we will gladly replace any product that is damaged or does not meet quality standards. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.
